Tickets: official channel only
We do not sell tickets. The promoter, Live Nation Tero, states that tickets are sold exclusively on ticketmaster.co.th (a Ticketmaster account is required), not at Thaiticketmajor counters, and that entry is by mobile ticket. The presale ran on 21 and 22 September 2026 and general sale on 23 September; both nights now show as sold out. Be wary of resellers on social media: no paper ticket is issued. Door and start times are not on the listing we read: check your ticket.
Where to sleep
- On site, at Muang Thong Thani: the most convenient, since the IMPACT complex is within walking distance of the arena. See hotels near Impact Arena. Nearby rooms go fast once a concert is announced.
- Downtown Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Siam): far more hotels and restaurants, but a long trip on concert night. See Sukhumvit hotels near the BTS and Siam hotels.
Getting there and back
- The venue is in northern Bangkok, away from the main BTS lines. According to IMPACT, the easiest public transport is the MRT Pink Line: change at Muang Thong Thani station (PK10), then take the two-station branch to Impact Muang Thong Thani (MT01), exit 3. Check the last train times on the MRT website before relying on it for the ride home. See BTS or MRT.
- By taxi or Grab, the time varies a lot with traffic; our hotel page advises at least an hour from Sukhumvit. Afterwards the wait can be long: walk a little before ordering. See Grab or taxi.
- Arriving by air? A private transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport takes you to your hotel without changes.

- Morning: Jim Thompson House or Wat Pho, early before the heat.
- Sunday: Chatuchak Market.
