Vertigo and Moon Bar at reopening
Vertigo is the rooftop restaurant and Moon Bar the neighbouring open-air bar. Before your visit, ask the hotel for the bar's hours, whether to book, the required dress and any minimum spend: we could not read this information on an official source on the day of the check. On windy or rainy evenings service may be suspended; keep a spare evening.
What to do in the meantime
lebua's Sky Bar takes no reservations, with a smart casual dress code. The Mahanakhon SkyWalk offers a panoramic platform, and Lumphini Park, right next to Banyan Tree, is best visited in late afternoon. To compare, see the rooftops of Bangkok.
