Before booking: check it is open
A reseller page flagged maintenance with a single lane open, without a precise date: confirm the centre is open on your chosen day. Hours differ between sources (Tiqets: Tuesday to Sunday, 12-8 pm).
Beginners: what you are asked for
Official photo ID, and a signed waiver before the session. A third-party site says you must complete three bodyboard runs before standing surf, with a minimum height of 107 cm for bodyboarding and 133 cm for stand-up. People recovering from surgery or with heart, neck, back or bone conditions cannot take part.
The ticket is non-refundable
The Tiqets listing says the ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged: book a date you are sure of. Towel and locker are not included. Flow House is in the A-Square mall, Sukhumvit Soi 26; an older reference gives BTS Phrom Phong, otherwise a Grab.
